In this ceremony, we will journey together through:

🍫 Cacao Ceremony: We’ll share the ancient tradition of cacao as a plant medicine, known for its heart-opening and healing properties. Cacao helps us tune into our emotions and tap into a deeper connection with ourselves and those around us.

🧘🏽 Guided Meditation & Breathwork: To help us ground and center, we’ll begin with a guided meditation and breathwork practice, creating space for stillness, reflection, and presence.

🗣️ Sharing Circle: You’ll have the opportunity to express your thoughts, share your intentions for peace, or simply listen as others speak from the heart. This is a space where all voices are honored, and where we come together to hold each other in support and understanding.

🎶 Sound Healing & Chanting: Led by @mindthebend through sound and music, we’ll elevate our collective energy and open our hearts to the vibrations of peace and love.
