Reiki is a healing modality where the practitioner uses universal life-force energy to elicit relaxation, stress reduction, self-healing, and physical + emotional balance within the recipient. The word Reiki itself is a combination of two Japanese words (kanji): “Rei”- universal, spiritual, sacred and “ki”- energy. Therefore, Reiki is sacred universal energy healing. It is a gentle yet powerful practice, and can be performed with light touch or no touch at all, for in-person and distance sessions.

Each experience is unique and tailored to the client’s needs on that specific day. I incorporate Reiki, Biofield Therapy, Pranic Healing, and Luminous Energy Healing in my energy medicine sessions. These additional modalities work in our various auric/energetic fields, as well as the chakras and marma points of the body. I am a certified crystal healer, and include the use of crystals both on and around the body during our session. I also incorporate sound healing into my energy healing experiences, allowing the body to be wrapped in soft, subtle frequencies of healing.

You are your greatest healer, and it is my hope through these sessions to empower you to connect fully to the Divine healing powers within yourself! Some modalities use light touch, and others no physical touch. All energetic healing sessions can be performed either lying down on a cozy, heated massage table or on the floor, seated or standing, depending on the preferred modalities.
